Complete 5 classes a week for 4 weeks – a home fitness challenge designed for pole dancers & aerialists. No pole? No problem! 7 classes are available each week and 2 of these are on the pole so you choose which ones you do! All you need is a booty band & theraband. Train consistently and see results!
5 mat-based classes per week, and for those with a pole there are 2 pole classes each week you can choose instead.
All classes are 30 minutes long, and open to all levels!
